Jessica Stouffer brings over two decades of experience in the mental health field. She has worked extensively with children and families navigating the complexities of adoption and foster care, providing the support and tools needed for healing and connection.
Jessica's diverse career includes serving as an administrator for a residential substance abuse facility, where she developed and led programs for recovery and rehabilitation. We believe in treating the whole person—not just a disorder. At The Hope Spot, we take a holistic approach to care, integrating somatic practices alongside evidence-based therapies like EMDR, CBT, DBT, EFT, expressive arts therapy, and play therapy. By focusing on the mind-body connection, we help clients process emotions, release trauma, and achieve deeper healing. You are seen and valued as a whole person, and we tailor our care to address your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Our Commitment to Giving Back
At The Hope Spot, community is at the heart of everything we do and we are deeply committed to giving back and hope to expand these efforts in the future. Whether it’s through volunteering, partnerships, or local initiatives, we aim to make a meaningful impact in our local community and beyond.
If you know of opportunities for collaboration or ways we can support the community, we’d love to hear from you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always looking for ways to foster hope and healing beyond our practice walls.
